COMMIT TO W.I.N.

This will be printed on t-shirts and given to the Tiger-Cats players during training camp. They will agree to "COMMIT TO W.I.N." They will wear these t-shirts under their equipment as a constant reminder of their pledge to the coaches and their teammates.

COMMIT - to pledge devotion or dedication to somebody or something

TO

W.I.N. - What's important now

Whether the players are working at a drill, training in the gym, listening to the coach or playing the game, they know that they need to focus on WHAT'S IMPORTANT NOW. The players will COMMIT (pledge to the team) that they will do WHAT'S IMPORTANT NOW that will help them become better players and the team to succeed
